This
is an exciting time for Myanmar, with
all sorts of possibilities opening up
after decades. While it may be too much
to hope that Myanmar can very quickly
move away from the imbalances exemplified
in its new capital, there is no doubt
that its political economy is moving into
uncharted waters.
