An international seminar on ''Whither
Global Capitalism?'' will be held on 28-29 January
2012 at the Convention Centre, Jawaharlal Nehru University,
New Delhi. The proposed seminar, being organised by
the International Development Economics Associates
(IDEAs), will have the following broad themes:
- The dominance of finance
- Dynamism in the periphery
- Economic integration and its impact
- Food and agrarian crises
