International Conference on International Money and Developing Countries: Theoretical and Policy Issues in the Current Context Organised by IDEAs at Muttukadu, Tamil Nadu, India, 16-19 December 2002.
The IDEAs conference in Chennai, India on “International Money and Developing Countries: Theoretical and Policy Issues in the Current Context” looked into the nature and workings of current capitalism as a world system and into the policy alternatives which are more appropriate to the needs of developing countries than the standard neo-liberal prescriptions.
