Some Suggestions for Modalities in Agriculture Negotiations Bhagirath Lal Das

This paper is aimed at correcting the current serious imbalances and deficiencies in the Uruguay Round Agreement on Agriculture. The author puts forward a set of proposals for the ongoing negotiations on Agriculture in WTO. These proposals intend to help developing countries develop a more balanced set of elements for the guidelines that are being worked out in the current negotiations.
