Examining
the current global scene of distributional
disparities within nations, the author
argues, among other things, that globalisation
is creating a distributional scenario
in which what really matters is the income-share
of the rich. So, any attempt to understand
the within-nations disparity of inequality
should always be premised on this basic
distributional fact.
