WTO. Though formally the WTO is a one country,
one-vote system, yet the actual decision-making
is done by a process called "consensus,"
which allows the big trading powers to impose
a consensus arrived at among themselves on the
rest of the body. Aileen Kwa argues that the decision-making
process is unjust and it has become the Achilles
