Reforming the Bretton Woods Institutions Kunibert Raffer

This paper analyzes how the Bretton Wood institutions are violating their own constitution and also the rights of its members to impose liberalization measures on developing countries. The author argues that these institutions must be liable for the damage illegally inflicted on these countries.
